I wasn't sure at the start if I'm going to participate, didn't see any concept design that would inspire me till I found this one.
Im not sure if its ok with the competition to model all the characters here and for sure I don't think I have enough time, so for now I chose the forest lady ( the one in the middle) and if theres enough time the deer hunter too. im pretty sure they are a team.

Blocking. retopology. although she has a half body I decided to make a full one, in case I'll have the time to sculpt others.
I never start sculpting the details before retopology, im still in the stage where I need to find the right shapes. so she might look like an alien for now 🙂

now that I feel that the body is closer to the shape and appearance I want, I started with the "accessories". often I extract in zbrush and than do retopology.
and started as well with the hair, trying to find shapes to begin with. I don't like this part ?

Unfortunately I didn't have much time to make progress, being a mother and 3d artist is hard …. sorry I mean being a mother and have any other interests\ hobbies or whatever while having two babies is hard ? and my pc is dying so the odds are against me.
The other character I was planning to make with the lady forest --> just took her body and deformed into him.

I noticed that I wrote after retopology but didn't actually show the topology, so here it is. plus I'm going to submit it to the professional division, so I guess I suppose to show it ?

Unfortunately my computer is making horrible sounds like its a garbage truck in 4 a.m.
I'm pretty sure its dying and I just couldn't allow it rendering cause it would probably explode, and the noise is even worse.
so I used zbrush render which is much faster and not "heavy", sadly it doesn't give the 100% control and results I would want, but the show must go on! funny that I'm saying that, cause not long ago I really thought about deleting it all. I cant say I'm satisficed about it. not yet at least.
so here's the results, I will keep working on it even after, totally planning to model everyone in the drawing and try to achieve more resemblance.
