Can i directly start without a concept art

We love seeing concept art, but if you are doing a free-build for your 3D model, post some inspiration images in your WIP thread.

Thank you for the reply. I had another question. Just in case i choose to use a concept art made by another artist, the rules say that we need to get the concept artists permission to use it. Is it compulsory to get the permission?

We believe it is polite to get permission from the artist directly when creating derivative works. To fall within fair use of the copyright, it is always best to have the blessing of the creator of the concept art. Getting permission to use a concept is between you and the concept artist and is not compulsory to qualify your entry. 

You must credit the original concept artist in your WIP to qualify your entry.
