City put on an incredible show despite the rain and soggy pitch to beat Bayern Munich 4-0 in their Champions League quarter-final first leg. With this victory, City advance into the second leg in Germany with one foot in the semi-finals.

Pep Guardiola's side displayed an exceptional level of performance on Sunday and it has given them great encouragement ahead of the second leg. They have found form when it matters most this season and now hope to make it three in a row against Germany champions next week.

Haaland’s goal
